Publication Policy: The journal follows a double-blind peer review system, ensuring that both the reviewers and the authors remain anonymous to each other throughout the evaluation process. Each proposal submitted for publication is first reviewed by an editor for an initial assessment. If it aligns with the journal’s editorial policies and meets the minimum quality standards, it is then sent to two reviewers. The reviewers remain unaware of the author’s identity, as all identifying information is removed
from the document prior to review.

Policy of Submission: Authors are encouraged to submit their manuscripts via email. Submitted manuscripts should not have been previously published or be under consideration for publication in another journal.
